Today I went to another handball training session, after missing weeks of sessions. I just couldn't attend those because I was strictly busy with school stuff. But today's session was kinda fun, although not many have attended.
Actually, I just started joining the club in the semester, after having a deep thought of joining at least one thing in this university. Knowing the fact that things like basketball, rugby and other mainstream stuffs are loaded with way way good players, so I decided to give handball a go.
Tracing back the time when I first started playing this sport, it was roughly 5 years ago, which was during Form 4 in RMC. Honestly, that was the very first time I played and I like playing it since then. RMC is a college that has the facilities for various sports, such as fields, courts, boxing ring, shooting range and even a swimming pool (yeah, used to be RMC's). Because of that, the college holds numerous sporting events for the Puteras through out the year and this will contribute towards the best company of the year (or the Commandant Company).
During my time as a new boy (or Form 4), my company (Charlie company) was at the top for sports like handball and hockey. Meaning to say that some of my seniors were state players for this sports, so they are really good. After my squad and I undergone a few months of continuous fitness with seniors especially with SUO Tom, we then played sports including handball which was conducted by SP Panje. For that year, our company won first place.
By the end of 2008, there was a selection conducted for new players. I tried out but didn't get in. Nampak tak permainan dia kat situ. haha
