It is about 30 days before I'm going to register at my new campus. All new UniKL students will register on that day but some campuses will eventually register a little bit early than us.
As I said before, degree will be way way tough compared to foundation studies. So, we must be well prepared mentally, physically, financially and emotionally.
At the new campus also, I am also expecting new friends and acquaintances there. Yeah, every we go, we will new people along the way. Some people have the opportunity to stick with the same group of people in their life. For example, studying in a primary school for the whole 6 years and studying in secondary school for the whole 5 years.
For those who studied in the same secondary school for the whole 5 years, they have the chance to develop a special bond between their batch mates, like what I have observed when I busybody-ed at my friend's batch small reunion.
My journey towards to the person I am now is a bit different than stated above. I went to three different primary schools and three secondary schools, as stated on the left panel here.
Sometimes, I do envy them for having the opportunity and ability to remain with the same group of people the whole secondary years. It maybe sound stupid to envy on something like that.
However, I realised that, by following this path, I have the chance to meet different people and observe how different group of peoples think. I may not be too attached to certain group, but at least I can get the chance to mingle along, and I think that is more than enough.
At the end of the day, I realised and believed that, we cannot expect people to approach or get along with us. Instead, we must first make the step. This is not a fairy tale or a movie. This is life, this reality.
