.bmi.

Assalamualaikum.

Right now is 1.50 am and I am not yet asleep. I am still in front of my laptop and some of my eye sight is looking at Circuit & Signals Tutorial 1. From afar, it seems quite easy, but up close, it took minutes to even answer a single question. To add things up, the laptop is on and I kept on observing the news feed. -.-

It has been almost 4 weeks since i registered here - BMI. One week of orientation and the rest is classes. For this semester, we are required to take up 8 modules, particularly 6 Sheffield modules, 1 BMI module and another one is for enhancing IELTS.
-Circuit & Signals (EEE101/BPU11103)
-Digital System (EEE104/BEU12103)
-Electronic Devices (EEE105/BEU11103)
-Coursework Year 1 (EEE160/BPU12104)
-Mathematics A1 (MAS 147/BTU18103)
-Measurement & Mechanical System (/BPU13103)
-Fiqh Contemporary (BGU12101)
-IELTS (BGU10200)

The modules which are stated with EEE codes or MAS code are based from University of Sheffield. Therefore, the evaluation of those particular will use 95-5 system, which is 95% final exam and 5% continuous assessment :O

However, eventhough we are following the syllabus by Sheffield, but we haven't been decided which university that we are going to pursue. As what our officer-in-charge told us, the university placement will be based on our first semester results and IELTS component band. For me, I think by using this way, it is more reasonable. ^_^

Deep inside myself, I feel very grateful for this opportunity. Not only me, but also my friends who are participating in the same program. I always wanted to pursue in engineering courses, particularly in the UK. At first, I was rejected by lots of bodies which I applied and some which I managed to go for interview. As the scene turns gloomy, my thought was just to proceed foundation studies at a local university and in the process started to develop a great interest in doing Maths for degree. However, out of the blue, I was offered something that is exactly as I wanted. I was really grateful and thankful for this opportunity.

What I would like to say is that, always keep on praying to Allah whenever, wherever and whatever. We will never know what is best for us, as Allah knows. If we think something we got is not up to what we expected, don't worry. There is sure something better that Allah had planned for us. It is up to us to keep on believe and believe. "Indeed Allah is with the patient ones" InsyaAllah :)

.cybercafe.

Assalamualaikum.

Suaranya sangaaattt menggelikan. Serius tak tipu. Aku pun apa lagi, cepat-cepat pakai balek pakaian dan segera keluar tandas. Keluar-keluar je, nampak mamat tu, aku pun cepat2 pergi kat meja PC aku, tarik OP Kecik dan OP Note suruh blah trus. Kesian OP Kecik tak sempat hbs main game. Cuak gile. G*Y gile wa cakap luuuu...

Sejak tu, aku tak pergi dah CC tu.

Setelah sekian lama, aku dengar orang cashier tu dah tak de dah kerja kat situ. Aku pun kembali pergi kat CC tu.Masuk-masuk, legalah.Orang tu takde.huh.

Pengajaran, berhati-hati time gi CC.

.invitation.

Assalamualaikum.

It has been a busy week lately. Attending invites and making invites. Yet, those invitations aren't entirely fulfilled by those who are invited. Why to blame them. The past is the past. They have their own reasons why not to attend. Never mind. As long as I am always with my stand. Try the best to fulfill all invitations.

"You get what you give, and sometime extra" .

My mother always remind me about this. She always say that, we must try our best to fulfill invitation, for example in her current situation, attending weddings. If we take those invitations for granted, like ignoring it or indicate that we are coming but we didn't even have a pinch of effort, then in the future we will eventually get back what we did or worse. For example, in our own events that we initiate, we expect our friends to come. However, most of them or maybe all of them didn't even come. Think about it.

In the past few days, I have been having bad headaches. Like this morning, all of the sudden, my head felt very heavy. I tried to relax by resting my head on the sofa, but it made things worse. My head beat harder and harder. I took a shower, twice. Yet, it was still the same. Then, my mother applied acupuncture. The treatment made me sleepy, then I slept. I woke up and I felt better.

In that situation, I suddenly recall of my favorite toy. It was a batman action figure. I liked it very much. I would played it all day long, even though it was old. That was years back and I don't know where it went after that.
